Lipocentrum Maastricht came to us with a desire to revamp their outdated website. They wanted a modern and user-friendly website with enhanced functionality to provide their customers with an optimal online experience.
The project began with extensive UI/UX research to find out the client’s needs and wants. Based on the insights from this research, we designed and developed a new website using WordPress and Elementor. We selected specific imagery, installed plugins such as Smush, WP Forms, Yoast SEO, Custom Reviews and more.
Our team was responsible for the entire project, from the initial UI/UX research phase to the design, development and maintenance of the website. Throughout the process, we were in close contact with Lipocentrum Maastricht and made sure we understood and implemented their vision and requirements. We not only listened to their wishes, but also proactively thought along about possible improvements that could further strengthen the clinic’s online presence.
We use WordPress and Elementor because of their flexibility, user-friendliness and wide range of features and plugins. These tools allowed us to create a customized website that met the specific needs of Lipocentrum Maastricht.
Lipocentrum Maastricht had an outdated website that did not meet their customers’ expectations and was not effective in generating conversions. The website had an outdated design, limited functionality and was not optimized for mobile devices, resulting in a poor user experience. In addition, the website offered only two contact options for potential customers: emailing or calling the clinic. These limited communication options made it difficult for customers to ask their questions or schedule appointments quickly and efficiently, leading to missed opportunities for conversions and customer satisfaction.
Another major problem was the clinic’s limited online visibility. The website was not optimized for search engines, making it difficult for potential customers to find Lipocentrum Maastricht’s services when looking for liposuction and body contouring in the region.
In addition, the website lacked customer reviews and testimonials, making it difficult for potential customers to build confidence in the quality of services the clinic offered.
All of these problems negatively impacted Lipocentrum Maastricht’s online presence and ability to attract and retain new customers. It was clear that a thorough overhaul of the website was needed to address the problems and provide a more positive user experience that would lead to better conversions and customer satisfaction.
To address Lipocentrum Maastricht’s problems and improve their online presence, we implemented the following solutions:

Based on the insights from the UI/UX research, we created a modern and user-friendly design with improved functionality and navigation. We used WordPress and Elementor as the development platform to ensure flexibility and customizability of the website.
We ensured that the new website is fully optimized for mobile devices, providing a seamless user experience across different screen sizes.
Expand contact options:
To facilitate communication with potential customers, we have added more contact options, such as a contact form and online chat functionality. This made it easier for customers to ask questions and make appointments without the need to call or email directly.
SEO and Online Visibility:
We optimized the website for search engines and installed important SEO plugins, such as Yoast SEO. We also integrated Google Search Console and set up Google Business to increase the online findability of the clinic. (We do not perform SEO work ourselves but build website with basic SEO setup)
Customer Reviews and Testimonials:
We have implemented a system for collecting and displaying customer reviews and testimonials on the website, increasing potential customers’ confidence in Lipocentrum Maastricht’s services.
Maintenance and Support:
Since the launch of the new website in 2019, we have been responsible for maintaining and supporting the website. We work closely with Lipocentrum Maastricht to ensure that the website remains up-to-date and meets their ever-changing needs.
