During the “Emphasis” phase, our main goal is to learn more about your user and their problems, wants and needs, and the environment or context in which they will experience the design. Determine<\/h2>

In the “Determine” phase, we analyze our research results from the “Emphasize” phase and determine which user problems are most important to solve, and why. This will lead us to a clear goal for the design of the product. We extend our research by creating user personas, journey maps, user flows and more, among other things.<\/p>\n

The main outcome of this phase is a clear problem statement, a description of the user’s need that our design will solve. Concept<\/h2>

After we have highlighted and determined the problem, we can put together an understanding using the research results. At this stage, we will formulate as many solutions as possible. We do this because the first solution is not always the right one, and more often a problem has multiple solutions. Therefore, we devise multiple settlements in order to oversee the best possible outcome. <\/p>\n

In this step, we like to brainstorm with you to see where any bottlenecks lie and\/or we can already exclude some solutions for our prototype. <\/p>\n

Testing<\/h2>

In the final phase, called “Testing,” we have so far highlighted the problem, conducted research and devised solutions. In this phase, we test whether our solutions are effective. For each solution, we create a prototype that we test in a structured manner. By testing our prototypes, we can see if it works better than the previous product version. We test this by having users use our prototypes in a controlled environment. From this we can get feedback and see if it does indeed work better than the previous version.<\/p>\n
